Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Guzzini box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
